If your Windows 10 system is upgraded from Windows 8.1 Pro WMC you may use Uninstaller.cmd script for uninstalling the pack/leftovers properly
Run _TestRights.cmd script as administrator
Run the outer Installer.cmd script as administrator to install the pack
Done! Now you can Enjoy Windows Media Center on Windows 10
